E2E TS: Upload firmware file

Prerequisities

• Deployed Dwarfguard with Advantech router and Teltonika router registered
• Access to a Advantech (ICR OS) and Teltonika (RUTOS) firmware for the particular router types of higher version than the actual version on the routers

Steps

Note: following steps are for RUTOS (Teltonika routers).

1. Go to SW Manager -> Firmware.
2. Add Firmware, type RutOS, version as needed.
3. Go to Details.
4. Upload new firmware (the appropriate file for the registered router type).
5. Wait 30 seconds.
6. Approve the firmware version.
7. Check if the firmware version is assignable to the particular device.

Note: following steps are for ICR OS (Advantech routers)

1. Go to SW Manager -> Firmware.
2. Go to Details for some existing Firmware version of ICR.
3. Check that you can upload file, replacing some of the existing files.
