E2E TS: Add GUI user using CLI

Prerequisities

• Installed Dwarfguard 2.0.0+ with CLI root access

Steps

1. Access CLI as root
2. Run dwarfg_user user password
3. Verify the user is visible under System -> User Management
4. Verify the user cannot log into Dwarfguard web GUI (not activated)
5. Activate the user in GUI
6. Verify the user can log in now
